Before tufting, we will check whether the color and shape of the grass filaments are correct to ensure that the tufted products meet the requirements. The mechanic will also adjust the machine according to the production requirements until the quality inspection team confirms that the grass surface fully meets the requirements of the process order. In addition, when the newly lawn reaches 5-6 meters, the quality inspector will conduct a special inspection, and only after confirming and signing signature, the machine can start mass production.

Finally, we will also conduct random inspections before the finished products are packed into the container. The random inspection at this stage is to ensure the final product quality and prevent any potential quality problems from affecting customers.
